Family n’ Friends Travel, LLC is a small home-based travel agency with a big focus on “customized travel planning”. Co-owned and managed by Cindy Bonadio and Nancy Schammel of the White Marsh/Perry Hall area, Family n’ Friends Travel is licensed by the State of Maryland and fully insured as a seller of travel and travel related products.

Travel planning has always been a passion of both Cindy and Nancy and with their skills and education in the administrative and service related fields they started their own customized travel business over six years ago. Nancy retired as an Administrative Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Bay View campus. Cindy retired from her position as a case manager for foster and adoptive families with the State of Maryland after thirty one years. Their ability to organize, research, and plan provides their clients with the very best vacations ever.

Family n’ Friends Travel prides themselves on attention to detail, and unlike large internet travel agencies, they can provide travel flexibility. Although Cindy and Nancy are home-based agents they have the support of many fellow agents throughout the United States and Canada.

Cindy Bonadio was awarded certification as an Accredited Cruise Counselor with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) in 2006 and completed all the requirements of a Certified Travel Associate with the Travel Institute in Wellesley, MA in 2007 . She is currently working on completing all requirements to become a Honeymoon & Wedding Destination Specialist. Nancy Schammel is certified as a Las Vegas and Myrtle Beach Specialist and is currently enrolled in the ACC program.

In July of 2009 Family n’ Friends Travel welcomed to the agency Bobbie Rubright. Bobbie is currently employed with the Anne Arundel County Public Schools and she not only loves children, but she loves Disney! Bobbie completed the challenging curriculum to earn her ears, and become a Disney Specialist. Welcome aboard.
